Leadership Team

scott white bizcompr ceoScott White, CEO AND CO-FOUNDER

Friends call him Scooter, but we call him our fearless CEO. A journalist who went from sportswriting to agency-building, we say Scott went to the majors in our industry. He divides his time serving on boards (um, you might even call him a tree-hugger) while making our biggest and best clients even bigger and better. And while he says he has no pet peeves, we dare anyone to ask for his thoughts on “ad equivalency.”

monica feid bizcompr presidentMonica Feid, PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER

Born in Boston, raised in Texas, employed in NYC and now a longtime Dallas girl, Monica’s talents include getting award-winning results for clients and never saying anything is “wicked smart, y’all.” She has turned social media into an art form and is the news media’s best friend, living and working with headlines as her goal and counting national TV and reality shows, co-writing client books, and making clients famous the perks of her career.

professor both in the U.S. and overseas. In-between offering senior counsel to BizCom clients, he hosts the popular How To Buy A Franchise Show, and he also travels the world to speak at franchise conventions.

melissa rubin bizcompr

Melissa Rubin

Our Yankee-in-Residence, Melissa has repped some of the best brands for PR agencies in New York and New Jersey. But her heart and the real estate bonanza led her move to Texas!  Today she wears many important hats including: wife, mom, PR guru, and HGTV “Fixer Upper” junkie. When she is not winning national headlines for clients, she is perfecting life as a Texan better than most natives.

morgan butler bizcompr Morgan Butler

Socially speaking, Morgan is #thebrain of BizCom’s social media services. When she isn’t booking client interviews with Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, or Inc., she’s a social ninja on maximizing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and SnapChat programs to a client’s advantage. We should just Facebook Live the rest of her talents, because text is so one-dimensional.

Cortney Haygood

Stylish, smooth and our go-to resource for the latest in DFW professional sports, Cortney is our secret weapon when it comes to finding the perfect media contact for a story idea. Trained at the University of Texas-Arlington with stops at a few area agencies before landing at BizCom, this Maverick has a nose for news she knows how to use to continually deliver PR home runs for clients.

hannah pittman bizcomprHannah Pittman

Our agency introvert (Not!), Hannah has never met a new challenge she isn’t willing to take on. A Baylor Bear at heart, she cut her teeth on projects ranging from marketing large-scale fundraisers to conducting media analysis for the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Now we just say, “sic ‘em,” and she unleashes her media relations claws on writers, producers and influencers around the world to deliver publicity for clients that’s as good as gold.
