Leadership Team

scott white bizcompr ceoScott White, CEO AND CO-FOUNDER

Friends call him Scooter, but we call him our fearless CEO. A journalist who went from sportswriting to agency-building, we say Scott went to the majors in our industry. He divides his time serving on boards (um, you might even call him a tree-hugger) while making our biggest and best clients even bigger and better. And while he says he has no pet peeves, we dare anyone to ask for his thoughts on “ad equivalency.”

monica feid bizcompr presidentMonica Feid, PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER

Born in Boston, raised in Texas, employed in NYC and now a longtime Dallas girl, Monica’s talents include getting award-winning results for clients and never saying anything is “wicked smart, y’all.” She has turned social media into an art form and is the news media’s best friend, living and working with headlines as her goal and counting national TV and reality shows, co-writing client books, and making clients famous the perks of her career.

Melissa Rubin

Our Yankee-in-Residence, Melissa has repped some of the best brands for PR agencies in New York and New Jersey. But her heart and the real estate bonanza led her move to Texas!  Today she wears many important hats including: wife, mom, PR guru, and HGTV “Fixer Upper” junkie. When she is not winning national headlines for clients, she is perfecting life as a Texan better than most natives.

morgan butler bizcompr Morgan Butler

Socially speaking, Morgan is #thebrain of BizCom’s social media services. When she isn’t booking client interviews with Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, or Inc., she’s a social ninja on maximizing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and SnapChat programs to a client’s advantage. We should just Facebook Live the rest of her talents, because text is so one-dimensional.

BizComPR team members Ashley MungiguerraAshley Mungiguerra

After spending time with some of the major networks in New York City, Ashley decided to move up to the big time, switching to PR and returning home to Dallas. She now uses her journalism training to help clients tell their stories through traditional as well as the ever-evolving new media channels. An agency fashionista and resident blog writer (whether she likes it or not!), Ashley is fluent in the languages of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and French, which will come in handy when we open our Paris office and she can really show off her style.

Sarah Lofdahl BizComPRSarah Lofdahl

It’s a small world after all! A former Disney cast member who traded in her pixie dust for a life in Texas, Sarah returns to the agency as eager as ever. (She was a former BizCom intern we had to have back full-time!) Sarah is an LSU Tiger fan who loves iced vanilla lattes and chocolate frosted donuts. And it’s extra sweet that she is ready to take on any challenge. Her love for writing isn’t her only skill. She’s our video-editing fanatic who loves to bring a new edge to the PR world.

August AndersonAugust Anderson

Originally from Atlanta, it didn’t take long for our Georgia Peach to adjust to Texas life since “y’all” was already part of her daily vocabulary. A former member of her college dance team, August knows all the right moves not only on the dance floor but also in the PR world. Her knack for research and passion for writing not only earned her a master’s degree, but also brought her to BizCom where she’s always looking for the most strategic way to get the job done. And before you ask … No, she does not have a sister named September.

BizComPR staff Lauren Caracciolo

Lauren Caracciolo

Look what the wind blew in! Originally from Chicago, Lauren left the Windy City for the Dallas-Fort Worth area after graduating from Saint Mary’s College. Even though she prefers to say “you guys” instead of “y’all,” she is still embracing all Texas has to offer- especially the warmer winter weather! Lauren has a passion for writing and loves to help clients share their stories with the world. When she’s not providing assistance on multiple accounts for the agency, she can probably be found obsessing over Notre Dame football or binge-watching Friends.
